  • We do not sell single pieces.

  • Goods come in mixed conditions due to their nature as marketplace returns.

4. Payment Terms

  • Only online payment is accepted.

  • No COD.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once paid.

5. No Warranty

Products carry no warranty from Lotz Liquidations.
Manufacturer warranties (if any) depend solely on the brand.

6. Transport & Delivery

  • Customer must arrange their own transporter.

  • First responsibility transfers once goods are handed over to transporter.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lotz Liquidations is not responsible for:

  • Damage during transport

  • Warehouse handling by transporters

  • Product condition post-pickup
