Shipping Policy — Detailed

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Method

  • Customers choose their own transporter.

  • The transporter collects the goods from our warehouse or we can send the goods via Porter.

3. Shipping Charges

  • All shipping charges are paid by the customer directly to the transporter.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on transporter:

  • Local NCR: Same day

  • Rest of India: As per carrier schedule

5. Responsibility Transfer

Once the goods are handed over to the transporter, Lotz Liquidations is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Damages

  • Loss

  • Shortage

6. No RTO

There is no RTO option since we do not accept returns.
