We do not provide returns, replacements, refunds or cancellations.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All products sold by Lotz Liquidations are liquidation lots sourced from major marketplaces.
These are bulk lots only, and are sold strictly on an “as-is” condition.

Therefore:

  • No returns will be accepted after order confirmation.

  • No refunds will be processed for any reason.

  • No cancellations are allowed once payment is completed.

2. Inspection Before Pickup

  • Customers may inspect/open the boxes physically at our warehouse before loading the material.

  • Once the goods have been picked up / handed over to transporter, Lotz Liquidations holds no responsibility for condition, damage, shortage, or mismatch.

3. Conditions Explained

Since inventory is liquidation stock from major e-commerce returns, variation in condition may occur.
By placing an order and making payment, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

4. Illegal Chargebacks

Because the products are sold as inspected and non-returnable:

  • Any chargeback/dispute filed on payment gateways will be treated as fraud and contested with evidence of pickup/inspection.

5. Governing Law

All matters related to sales, disputes, and refunds follow Delhi jurisdiction only.
